Can I use PrintPOD with my Apple/Mac computer?

Although the PrintPOD Print Driver is not currently compatible with Mac computers, there are still ways to print from an Apple/MAC. To print documents from your Mac, simply transfer them to a USB memory stick or memory card and use the PrintPOD Loading Dock located on the front of each kiosk. You can also use your personal PrintPOD email address to e-mail documents from your Mac or PC straight into your print queue. |

I used my memory stick to print at a PrintPOD kiosk and the output was not exact. What can I do?

When printing with a memory stick, the document is converted to a printable format using rendering software. This means of printing, while convenient, may not provide the highest quality output. For the highest quality output, please use the PrintPOD print driver. |

I received an error message of “Can’t find server or server unavailable” while I was uploading. What can I do?

Typically this means that you are not connected to the Internet. If you are connected to the Internet and still receive this message, it could mean that the PrintPOD network is briefly down for maintenance. The upload process will continue to upload the documents until the servers are available.

How long will documents stay in my account?
Documents are removed after 7 days. |

Is there a limit to the size of a document I can upload?
Yes. The maximum file size is 20MB.

Our network is an extremely secure method of printing. We use very strong encryption technology to transport your documents to our on-line print servers, which are secured through firewalls.

If my document contains both color and b&w pages, how will I be billed?
PrintPOD job processing does not separate color and b&w pages within the same document. If you choose to print using our color option, all pages will be billed as color printouts, even if some pages are b&w within that document. |

How do I print multiple copies?

You can choose to print multiple copies in the print options screen of the kiosk. You will automatically be taken to this screen during the printing process.

The Printpod Kiosk will not read my USB storage device:

Your USB storage media has a program that "autoruns/autoplays" for operation, encryption and or password protection. This feature is not available on the PrintPod Kiosk. Your USB storage media will need to have these features disabled for use on the PrintPod Kiosk.
