Robert Waller, Jr.,  Strategic Advisor
Robert Waller, Jr., Certified Association Executive (CAE), currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at Association Headquarters, Inc.  His responsibilities extend to managing a staff of more than 115 specialized association executives, administrators and support personnel, and overseeing all company operations.  Bob also continues to be involved in day-to-day client operations.  Bob has more than 20 years of experience in association management, and was awarded the Excellence in Association Management Award, the highest given by the New Jersey Society of Association Executives (NJSAE).  He's also received the Award of Merit and the designation of Fellow by ASTM International.

John Loftus, Strategic Advisor
John Loftus has 21 years experience in executive management, technology leadership, and entrepreneurship.  Currently, John is the Executive Vice President and Managing Director for the Technology Group at Safeguard Scientifics, a public holding company where he evaluates new opportunities and provides operational and strategic oversight to IT services and software companies.  Previously, he was a Co-Founder of Gestalt, LLC, a leading provider of mission critical software solutions for Fortune 500 clients and the U.S. Department of Defense.  John also served as Senior Vice President with Breakaway Solutions, where he managed all strategy and implementation consulting engagements and directed an organization of nearly 1,000 consultants in the U.S. and Europe.  John was part of the senior management team that took Breakaway Solutions public in October 1999.  He has served on the Board of Directors of Avista Advantage, Agari Mediaware, Emerge Interactive, WPL Laboratories, Gestalt LLC and Alliance Consulting.  He also serves as the Chairman of the Computing Advisory Board of LaSalle University, where's he's taught graduate level business and IT courses.  John has also taught and lectured at the University of Pennsylvania.

Tom Olenzak, Strategic Advisor
Tom Olenzak has nearly twenty years of investment banking, venture capital, financial, and senior management experience in the information technology, health care, life sciences, and environmental industries.  He is currently a founding partner and Managing Director of Fountainhead Venture Group, a new venture capital fund investing in high growth companies in the Healthcare IT arena.  He was a managing director with a technology-focused investment banking firm, formed and managed a corporate health care venture capital fund for First Consulting Group, and was a Vice President for Corporate Development and Strategic Planning for FCG and for Integrated Systems Consulting Group, a public predecessor to FCG that focused on technology for the pharmaceutical industry.  Tom was also President, Chairman, and a founder of Cutting Edge Computer Solutions, Inc., a client/server consulting firm.  He has a BA in economics from Princeton University.
